These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Business Templates Android app (package in.softecks.businesskits) and this website (businesskits.infinitemarket.org), together "the Service". By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Business Templates lets you browse and download digital templates (Notion, Figma, invoice, spreadsheet, social media, HTML and similar files). Free templates can be downloaded directly. Premium templates require a one-time, non-subscription purchase - "All-Access Lifetime" - made through Google Play Billing inside the Android app. This website is for browsing and free downloads only; purchases and premium downloads happen exclusively in the Android app.

2. Purchases

• "All-Access Lifetime" is a one-time purchase that unlocks every premium template in the catalog, with no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
• If you reinstall the app or use it on another device signed in to the same Google account, use "Restore Purchase" in the app to re-unlock premium templates - no additional payment is required.

3. License to Use Templates

Each template is provided under the license shown on its product listing (typically "Personal & Commercial Use"). Unless stated otherwise, you may use downloaded templates to create your own projects, including for commercial purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or re-publish the template files themselves (e.g. as a competing template product, stock asset pack, or "free download" elsewhere).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the purchase/unlock mechanism for premium templates;
• Use automated tools to scrape, mass-download, or redistribute the catalog or files;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Business Templates app, website, branding, and catalog organization are owned by us. Individual templates remain subject to the license terms described in Section 3. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all templates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any template obtained through it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
